TIBCO TEA change default path to logs, data

   By default TEA uses a route for configuration files, logs and data where the datastore are. By X rason I need to change it to another drive.  All this is manually.

- Change the tea.tra file, but first create a system var. TEA_CONFIG_HOME

This is used in tea.tra, It is pointing to the desired path.

Copy the original content of the path to the desired path. This is because de installer creates a directory structure that is not on the desired destination. after that, we restart de TEA and the change happen.
